EditFreePDF is developed openly on GitHub. The fastest way to reach the maintainers is to open an issue:
Please include your browser and operating system, and the steps that led to the problem. Never attach a confidential document to a public issue — describe it instead (page count, whether it's scanned, roughly how large).
A note on your documents
We can't see, recover or debug your specific files — they are processed on your device and never reach us. That's by design. If a PDF fails to open or export, a description of the file usually gives us what we need.
